What’s with “Bosco Strong?” We are thrilled to introduce a fresh chapter in our foundation’s efforts with a new name for our annual campaign. The shift from "The Salesian Call" to “Bosco Strong” reflects a desire for a name that resonates more effortlessly and symbolizes our community's enduring strength—past, present, and future. We are including the word "Annual" to emphasize the need for your support each year.

Why do we need gifts?
There is always a gap between the amount of tuition, tuition assistance, and parish support received and what it costs to actually educate a student. From elementaries to universities, nearly every independent school in the country relies on an annual fund to make up the difference. The goal of the campaign is to supplement the general operating budget of the school to keep tuition affordable while continually enhancing programs and attracting and retaining the best faculty .
Can I give gifts other than by cash or check?
We will gladly accept gifts of all kinds including credit card payments and direct debits from checking or savings accounts. If you are interested in giving gifts of stock, directing distributions from a retirement account, giving a gift of grain, or making a bequest to Bosco Catholic School System, please contact the Development Office.
How do I give a gift?
Gifts may be made online, by mail, or in person. Call Dawn Kerr in the Don Bosco Office at 319-296-1692 if you'd like to set up a recurring gift using ACH. Many people choose to give something each month! If you have a check mailed directly by your financial institution, please ask that BOSCO STRONG or ANNUAL APPEAL be in the memo. You can also give a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift with the DONATE NOW button. Online giving is easy and secure!
